The above-ground leafy crops and legumes go directly from the field to our customers. Within a few hours of harvesting these products are in the factory ready for processing. So vitamins and other nutrients remain intact.
The underground tuber and bulbous crops are taken to our location at Well to be trimmed, washed, sorted and chopped. We have extensive and efficient machinery for these processes. Many of the machines are tailor-made to own design and make use of the most modern techniques.
